The "Revive & Thrive" Business Consulting Program is designed for businesses that are either experiencing a plateau, facing burnout from the owners, or are struggling to regain momentum. This program is ideal for businesses that may have been successful at one point but are now feeling stagnant or are considering selling due to burnout or lack of direction. This package aims to breathe new life into your business by addressing key pain points, optimizing existing operations, and providing a clear, actionable plan for revitalization and sustainable growth. This program is a hybrid of both the Entrepreneur Launchpad and Frontline Insight packages, focusing on business recovery, refining processes, and aligning the business for future growth or successful sale. 


Program Duration 

  • Total Duration: 6–8 weeks (depending on business size and scope)
  • Time Commitment: Approximately 5-7 hours per week (includes meetings, analysis, strategy development, and implementation)

Package Breakdown

Phase 1: Business Health Check & Immediate Fixes (Week 1-2) This phase is focused on assessing the business’s current state and identifying quick wins that will provide immediate relief and stabilize operations. 

Business Assessment:

  • Operational Audit: Review of current workflows, financials, marketing efforts, and customer feedback to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Owner & Leadership Burnout Discussion: Understanding the owner’s burnout factors, leadership issues, and internal team dynamics.
  • Financial Review: Analyze financial statements, cash flow, profitability, and expense management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback & Market Relevance: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify any disconnect between what the business offers and what customers need.

Quick Wins:

  • Process Optimization: Identify and streamline inefficient or outdated processes.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide actionable steps to boost morale and improve internal communication.
  • Customer Re-engagement: Offer strategies for re-engaging existing customers or lapsed clients (loyalty programs, special promotions, etc.).

Burnout Mitigation:

  • Delegation Strategy: Help the owner delegate key tasks and free up time by identifying roles that can be outsourced or delegated to the team.
  • Leadership Coaching: Provide basic leadership and management advice to ease the owner's stress and workload.

Phase 2: Strategic Reset & Recovery (Week 3-5) This phase focuses on creating a strategic recovery plan to regain momentum and ensure long-term growth. 

Refined Business Plan:

  • Vision and Mission Alignment: Revisit and refine your vision, mission, and values to ensure they align with the current market environment and business objectives.
  • Updated Market Analysis: Reassess your target market, customer profiles, competitors, and industry trends.
  • SMART Goals: Set new, measurable goals that will serve as a clear roadmap to recovery.

Customer Avatar & Market Positioning:

  • Ideal Customer Avatar: Revise or create a new detailed customer persona based on updated market data and customer feedback.
  • Market Positioning: Review how your business is positioned in the market and develop strategies to differentiate it from competitors.

Financial Recovery Plan:

  • Revenue Streams Review: Evaluate and optimize existing revenue streams, identifying new ones where possible (e.g., recurring revenue, upsells, partnerships).
  • Cost-Cutting and Profit Optimization: Work on reducing unnecessary expenses and increasing profitability.

Operational Improvement:

  • Process Mapping & Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or outdated systems and improve key processes for smoother operations.
  • Staffing & Workflow Adjustments: Assess staffing needs, define roles more clearly, and improve workflows to reduce stress on the owner and increase productivity.

Phase 3: Marketing & Branding Refresh (Week 5-7) This phase focuses on revitalizing your brand and marketing strategies to re-engage customers and capture new business. 

Brand Reassessment:

  • Branding Check-Up: Evaluate the current state of your branding, including your logo, messaging, and overall brand positioning. If necessary, suggest minor tweaks or a full branding refresh.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop a refreshed brand story that resonates with both new and existing customers.

Marketing Strategy Overhaul:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and suggest improvements to your digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid ads, and social media presence.

Phase 4: Owner’s Exit or Long-Term Growth Strategy (Week 7-8) The final phase is focused on either preparing the business for a sale or setting it up for long-term sustainability and growth. 

Exit Strategy Development:

  • Valuation Analysis: Assess your business value, ensuring it’s ready for sale if that’s the chosen path.
  • Preparing for Sale: Guide the owner through the steps necessary to prepare the business for sale, including optimizing financials, streamlining operations, and preparing necessary documents.
  • M&A Consultation: If appropriate, provide recommendations on finding buyers, working with brokers, or selling to a competitor.

Long-Term Growth & Sustainability:

  • Growth Plan: Create a 12-18 month growth plan that includes new product development, customer acquisition strategies, and team scaling.
  • Leadership Development: Develop a leadership transition plan to ensure the business can run smoothly in the absence of the owner, if desired.

Package Pricing

This package is designed to assist business owners who are feeling stuck, burned out, or considering selling. The pricing is set to reflect the comprehensive nature of the program, focusing on recovery, revitalization, and long-term sustainability. 

  • Base Package:
    • $7,500 – Includes all of the services outlined above over 6–8 weeks.
      • Includes up to 20 hours of consultation and strategy development.
      • Access to email support throughout the program duration.
  • Optional Add-Ons:
    • Exit Strategy Coaching: $1,500 for additional support if you're considering selling the business.
      • Brand Refresh Package: $2,000–$3,500 for logo, messaging, and overall brand repositioning.
      • Ongoing Monthly Mentorship: $750/month for continued support and guidance after the program is completed.

Payment Structure: 

  • Option 1: Full Payment: Pay the entire package fee upfront ($7,500).
  • Option 2: Installments: Pay in 2 installments of $3,750 (first installment upfront, second installment at the midpoint of the program).
