The "Professional Launchpad" program is designed for professionals looking to get a jump start in their career or business. • Time Commitment: Approximately 2–3 hours per week (includes coaching sessions and implementation time)

Week 1-2: Clarity & Foundation Building 

• Vision & Goal Setting: We’ll start by clarifying your vision for the future, and establish measurable goals for your personal or professional growth.
• Strengths & Leadership Assessment: Identify your unique strengths and areas for growth. We’ll use assessments (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder, etc.) to get a deeper understanding of your leadership style.
• Time Management & Productivity Strategies: Develop systems and strategies to maximize your time and work more efficiently.
• Program Deliverables: A clear action plan with concrete steps to achieve your professional vision and immediate goals.

Week 3-4: Strategy Development & Action Planning 

• Career/Business Strategy Alignment: Align your personal goals with your professional strategy, whether you’re scaling a business, transitioning to a new role, or improving your leadership capabilities.
• Client/Team Engagement Plan: For leaders and business owners — a strategy to optimize team engagement, communication, and client relationships.
• Overcoming Obstacles: Identify key roadblocks or challenges in your path (whether mindset, skills, or external challenges) and develop action steps to overcome them.
• Program Deliverables: A clear strategy document to guide your next steps, aligned with your long-term career/business goals.

Week 5-6: Execution & Accountability 

• Execution Framework: Establish clear systems to execute on your strategy — focusing on accountability and milestones.
• Behavioral Adjustments: Implement mindset and habit changes that align with your new strategy, ensuring sustainable change.
• Ongoing Support & Feedback: Weekly check-ins to refine the plan as necessary and ensure you stay on track with your goals.
• Program Deliverables: A refined action plan with accountability measures to track progress, plus a growth roadmap for the next 6 months.

• Personalized 1-on-1 Coaching: Weekly coaching sessions to clarify goals, remove obstacles, and drive results.
• Actionable Strategy Development: Custom strategies and frameworks tailored to your needs, focusing on career/business growth.
• Behavioral Shifts: Work on mindset shifts, leadership development, and productivity improvements.
• Accountability: Regular check-ins to ensure you stay on track and make progress towards your goals.
• Ongoing Support: Email support and quick feedback to keep you moving forward.

• Base Package: $2,000 (includes all coaching sessions, strategy development, and deliverables over 4–6 weeks)

Payment Structure: 

• Full Payment: $2,000 upfront
• Installments: 2 installments of $1,000 each (first payment upfront, second installment at midpoint of program)
