Entrepreneur Launchpad

The "Entrepreneur Launchpad" Consulting Program is designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs successfully set up their new business from the ground up. Whether you’re a first-time entrepreneur or looking to fine-tune your business strategy, this program will guide you through the essential steps to build a solid foundation. We will work together to establish your LLC, EIN, business accounts, create a strong business plan, define your ideal customer avatar, determine your pricing strategy, and build your brand.


Program Duration 

  • Total Duration: 4 to 6 weeks (depending on the complexity of your business and your engagement)
  • Time Commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per week (this includes meetings, research, and document preparation)

Package Breakdown

Phase 1: Business Structure Setup (Week 1-2) This phase is about laying the foundation for your business. 

Legal Structure and Setup:

  • LLC Formation: Guide you through the process of registering your LLC with the appropriate state authorities.
  • EIN Application: Help you apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS.
  • Business Accounts: Assist in setting up business bank accounts and a financial management system.
  • Licenses and Permits: Identify any required business licenses or permits based on your industry and location.

Business Registration:

  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory paperwork is completed to get your business legally operational.

Phase 2: Business Planning & Strategy (Week 2-3) In this phase, we will focus on your business strategy and planning. 

Business Plan Creation:

  • Executive Summary: Help you craft a clear, compelling executive summary of your business.
  • Market Research: Define your target market, identify key competitors, and conduct industry research.
  • Mission & Vision: Establish a mission and vision that will guide your company’s growth and success.
  • Financial Projections: Help you create basic financial projections, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop an initial go-to-market strategy that focuses on how you will reach your target audience.

Phase 3: Ideal Customer Avatar & Pricing Strategy (Week 3-4) Understanding your customer and how to price your products or services is crucial for success. 

Ideal Customer Avatar:

  • Market Segmentation: Help you define your ideal customer profile, including demographics, psychographics, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Persona Creation: Develop a detailed customer persona (Avatar) to guide your marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Identify key touchpoints where your business will interact with customers to deliver value and build relationships.

Pricing Strategy:

  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor pricing to help you set competitive yet profitable price points.
  • Pricing Models: Work with you to develop a pricing strategy that aligns with your target market and business goals (e.g., subscription, tiered pricing, flat-rate pricing).
  • Price Testing: Guide you through A/B testing different pricing models and packages to identify the optimal approach for your business.

Phase 4: Branding & Positioning (Week 4-6) In this phase, we will create your brand identity and establish your business in the market. 

Brand Identity Development:

  • Brand Values and Message: Help you clarify your brand’s core values, mission, and unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Logo and Visual Branding: Guide you in creating a strong visual identity, including a logo, color scheme, and design elements. (Option to hire a designer for an additional fee).
  • Brand Voice and Story: Work with you to craft a brand story and voice that resonates with your target audience.
  • Online Presence: Help you establish your brand online, including setting up social media accounts and a basic website strategy (e.g., choosing a platform, writing copy, and selecting a domain).

Positioning:

  • Define your business’s position in the market relative to competitors.
  • Create key messaging to communicate your business’s value proposition clearly to your target audience.

Program Deliverables

  1. LLC Formation & EIN: Completed LLC registration, EIN, and other necessary documentation for your business setup.
  2. Business Plan: A fully developed business plan including your mission, vision, market analysis, financial projections, and sales/marketing strategies.
  3. Ideal Customer Avatar: A detailed customer persona and journey map.
  4. Pricing Strategy: Defined pricing models and strategies for your products or services.
  5. Branding & Positioning: A clear brand identity, brand story, and initial positioning strategy.
  6. Actionable Marketing Plan: Initial marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
  7. Basic Online Presence Guidance: Advice on website setup and social media strategy.

Package Pricing

This package is designed for entrepreneurs who need a comprehensive, hands-on approach to get their business up and running efficiently. The pricing below reflects the level of personalized service and hands-on consulting: 

  • Base Package:
    • $3,500 – This includes all of the above services delivered over 4-6 weeks.
      • Includes up to 12 hours of consultation over the program duration.
      • All documentation and deliverables will be provided (business plan, financial projections, etc.).
  • Optional Add-Ons:
    • Brand Design Package (logo, color palette, font selection): $1,000–$2,500 (depending on complexity and designer).
      • Website Development Consultation: $1,000 for guidance on website platform, structure, and content.
      • Social Media Strategy: $500–$1,500 to create a comprehensive social media marketing plan for the first 3 months.
      • Ongoing Mentorship/Coaching: $500/month for ongoing support after program completion (monthly calls, troubleshooting, strategy tweaks).

Payment Structure: 

  • Option 1: Full Payment: Pay the entire package fee upfront ($3,500).
  • Option 2: Installments: Pay in 2 installments of $1,750 (first installment upfront, second installment at the midpoint of the program).
